Mary Ulickey

Assistant Food & Beverage Director

Mary Ulickey is our Assistant Food and Beverage director for the restaurant and outlets. Mary began her journey within Food & Beverage as a Starbucks Barista at the age of 16. After a brief break from the industry, she returned to a role that focused on an extensive food and wine program, reigniting her passion in beverage creation. Mary continued to refine her skills at Circa 33 as a cocktail creator before moving into a manager role at Saucebox and then Brix Tavern. After her GM role at Urban Fondue and Bartini, she became General Manager of Mayrose at The Duniway Hotel and was promoted to the Assistant Director role where she oversees Mayrose and other outlets. Mary loves to create cocktails that pair perfectly with the food and shine on their own.
